We’re looking for a highly skilled recruiter to join our team and help us find the right people for the right roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment or human resources and a deep knowledge of the screening, interviewing, and hiring processes. We’re seeking someone passionate about discovering untapped talent, driving company growth, and helping people develop successful careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand position specifications and Qualifications.
• Search candidates through Job Portals, Headhunting, Social Sites, etc.
• Performing telephonic interviews with candidates
• Prepare and maintain an active database of potential hires.
• Performing reference and background checks
• Making recommendations to company hiring managers
• Coordinating interviews with the candidates and hiring managers
• Following up on the interview process status
• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients
• Continue interaction with candidates till the time the candidate joins the organization.
• Completing timely reports on employment activity

Candidates should have Non - IT recruitment experience for the Indian market.

Graduates /post graduates with good communication skills and ability to learn quickly can apply. Freshers will be recruited at Management Trainee roles.
