About the Role:

Drive global success with us as an International B2B Sales Executive Take ownership of key accounts and lead international business development in B2B. If you have at least 2 years' experience in international markets and thrive in dynamic, target-driven environments, this is your chance to grow with a leading supply chain player in the fashion, beauty products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture key international B2B accounts, building enduring relationships.
  • Develop new business opportunities in emerging international regions.
  • Proactively generate leads through cold calling and strategic outreach.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent deal closures.
  • Process and manage sales orders efficiently with high attention to detail.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.

Onboarding:

  • Intensive structured training covering luxury brand portfolio, B2B sales strategy, CRM management, and cross-cultural communication.
  • Hands-on workshops on international market trends, customer engagement techniques, and closing deals.
  • Organizational setup including introduction to global market teams, and internal processes
  • Mentorship by senior sales leaders to accelerate your integration and success.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 5-8 years proven sales experience, preferably with international exposure.
  • Prior experience working in Asia, US, or South American markets highly valued.
  • Background in beauty, fashion, travel retail, or luxury segment is a plus.
  • MBA or a postgraduate degree in Business, Management, Accounts, or Finance preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Professionally organized, with a strong work ethic and ability to work flexible hours aligned with international time zones.
  • Candidates based in Chennai or willing to relocate will be prioritized.
