Years of experience :- 6 months to 5 years

Notice period :- Immediate to 30 days

Location :- Pune



Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and dedicated US Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare recruitment and a deep understanding of the US healthcare system. This role involves sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare professionals in various positions across our network of clients. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a passion for improving patient care through effective staffing solutions.


Requirement :-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably within the US healthcare system.
  • Familiarity with healthcare roles, certifications, and licensure requirements.
  • Strong understanding of the US healthcare industry and its regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team handling experience is must.
