Responsibilities:

● Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting candidates,interview coordination, and offer negotiation.● Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires and handle offboarding and exitinterviews.● Handle payroll processing and conduct regular performance reviews to align employee goalswith company objectives.● Implement and monitor HR policies consistently and resolve employee concerns to maintaina healthy and conducive work environment.● Organize quarterly engagement activities to enhance team morale and build a positive workculture, with plans approved by the Director.● Compile monthly HR and admin-related reports, including productivity, employeeperformance, and engagement activities. Present insights and updates to the Director tosupport decision-making.● Ensure office supplies such as stationery, groceries, and equipment are well-stocked.● Coordinate with HR admin vendors and IT vendor to handle employee needs and equipmentmaintenance.● Ensure all administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently to support employees.

Your Persona :

● Proven experience as an HR Executive, or in a similar role.● Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relatedfield● Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
