Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at NMEC in Kolkata. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for the following :
Ensure compliance with all employment laws, PF, ESIC etc rules and regulations.
Manage and supervise the employes / staff.
Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.
Manage and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with government agencies and employee unions.
Monthly Preparation of Salary sheets for various project sites & ensure disbursement of payment within time.
Qualifications
HR Management, HR Operations, and HR Policies skills
Employee Relations and Human Resources (HR) expertise
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Knowledge of employment laws, PF & ESIC rules and regulations
Experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
