About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to lead AI/ML initiatives spanning statistical modeling, classical and modern AI techniques, and LLM-based architectures. The ideal candidate can bridge technical depth with business communication, working independently with multiple stakeholders in the Life Sciences domain.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and deploy AI models across statistical, machine learning, and deep learning frameworks.Implement LLM-based applications including content summarization, generation, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.Develop agentic architectures using Lang Chain or similar frameworks.Collaborate with Life Sciences / Pharma R&D stakeholders to solve data-driven problems.Translate complex data science methodologies into clear business insights for non-technical and senior client audiences.Manage deliverables across multiple projects independently, ensuring alignment with business goals.Qualifications4–5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science.Proficiency in classical AI, including statistical modeling, ML, deep learning, and optimization.Experience working with LLMs and agentic AI frameworks (Lang Chain, DSPy, etc.).Preferably experience in Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical R&D data or workflows.Strong consulting and communication skills; able to present technical concepts to executives and non-technical stakeholders.Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.Preferred Technical StackPython, Py Torch / Tensor Flow, scikit-learn, Hugging Face, Lang Chain, SQL, Azure / AWS AI services, Git, and MLOps tools.Location: Bangalore, New Delhi, Pune
