Job Description / Responsibilities

The Project Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Conducting health check-ups of material handling equipment such as deck cranes.
  • Performing technical surveys at offshore and onshore sites.
  • Preparing and submitting detailed technical reports and assessments.
  • Visiting end-users for project discussions, requirement gathering, and technical support.
  • Identifying replacement parts and suggesting appropriate solutions.
  • Supporting revamping/modification work of existing equipment.
  • Supervising the installation and commissioning of material handling systems.
  • Ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and project timelines during execution.

Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) Mechanical or Electrical

Experience:

  • 1 year of relevant experience in material handling equipment
  • Freshers with strong technical aptitude may also apply

Technical & Soft Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Material Handling Equipment, preferably in marine/offshore environments
  • Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Must possess a valid passport (job involves frequent travel & overseas training)
  • Proficient in basic computer operations (MS Office, report writing, email, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Time management and independent execution of assigned tasks
  • Strategic planning and relationship management abilities
  • Leadership and team coordination capabilities
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn

Compensation
