Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Online Sales Manager based in Thrissur. The Online Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving online sales, developing and implementing online marketing strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring sales performance, optimizing e-commerce platforms, and effectively communicating with customers to enhance their purchasing experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and E-Commerce
  • Knowledge of Online Marketing strategies and tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the Ayurveda or wellness industry is a plus
