This role demands a strategic go-getter with strong market intelligence, brand relationships, and a proven track record in retail leasing and deal closures with national or international brands. ???? Key Responsibilities ???? Identify & onboard top brands and partners within assigned categories ???? Lead end-to-end lease negotiations – commercials, frontage, VM & signage ???? Build & execute category-wise go-to-market and brand acquisition plans ???? Maintain strong relationships with brokers, brands & internal stakeholders ???? Drive occupancy, mix, and revenue goals for the leasing portfolio ???? Track market insights, retail trends & competitor developments ???? What We’re Looking For ✅ 7–12 years of experience in Retail Leasing / Category Management / BD ✅ Proven success in closures with leading brands ✅ Strong negotiation, networking & analytical abilities ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business / Real Estate (????
