Job Description

This role will support business functions by ensuring compliance with data privacy legislation requirements (including GDPR) and Tesco's group privacy internal policies and practices.
-Represent Talent Acquisition in all forums/ seminars pertaining to process; compliance and audit -Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management -Driving CI culture; implementing CI projects and innovation for withing the team'- Supporting the business with the ongoing maintenance of the Data Mapping and Inventories; relevant to their areas. - Updating connected privacy compliance documentation (Legal Basis and Legitimate Interest records). - Raising potential PIA (Privacy Impact Assessments) to the Colleague Data Governance Manager. - Providing privacy training/awareness; up-skilling sessions and FAQ's for relevant stakeholders. - Approving API data requests. - Under supervision; supporting the broader data privacy compliance programme: -Updating and distributing privacy policies; guides and awareness/training materials; -Providing support cover to the Data Incidents Handling Process; -Performing data production; analysis and presentation of key Privacy metrics/KPIs. - More widely; supporting privacy transformation across the Tesco Group as we simplify; centralize and streamline data privacy operations.

Qualifications
