We're on the lookout for a Creative Project Coordinator who can seamlessly manage day-to-day collaboration between our Digital Marketing, Website, and Graphic Design teams — and inject fresh, creative ideas that reflect our modern houseware aesthetics.

This role is key to driving how our brand is seen, felt, and experienced online.

What You'll Be Doing


• Coordinate daily tasks across digital marketing, website development, and graphic design teams


• Keep everyone aligned and accountable to timelines and brand goals


• Brainstorm and pitch fresh ideas for product promotions, seasonal campaigns, and website content


• Ensure visual and messaging consistency across platforms


• Troubleshoot blockers and improve team collaboration and processes


• Stay updated on houseware, lifestyle, and home décor trends to inspire new concepts

What You Should Bring


• 2–4 years experience in a project coordination or marketing operations role


• Strong communication and organizational skills


• A creative mindset with an understanding of lifestyle branding


• Familiarity with project tools (Trello, Asana, Slack) and creative platforms (Canva, Figma, Adobe tools)


• Basic knowledge of web content management and digital campaigns


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

• Understanding of e-commerce platforms (like Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
