Les missions du poste : 
  • Développer de nouveaux fournisseurs pour améliorer la performance Qualité/Coûts/Délais à moyen-long termes.
  • Contribuer à la stratégie Achats Europe en évaluant les fournisseurs potentiels.
  • Négocier les contrats qualité avec les fournisseurs et les soumettre à validation.
  • Communiquer les CSR (Customer Specific Requirements) aux fournisseurs.
  • Réaliser des audits de pré-sélection chez les fournisseurs.
  • Évaluer les process proposés par les fournisseurs et valider les actions correctives.
  • Donner un avis sur la faisabilité technique pour introduire de nouveaux fournisseurs.
  • Assurer le respect du planning de sourcing.
  • Qualifier les composants en phase de développement et de changement en vie série.
  • Coopérer avec l'Advance Quality pour évaluer les besoins clients et les risques produit/process.
  • Définir les exigences qualité et participer aux revues de spécifications.
  • Définir les méthodes de mesure avec les fournisseurs.
  • Vérifier le déploiement des outils qualité par le fournisseur.
  • Examiner les résultats de contrôle et les résultats statistiques du fournisseur.
  • Définir le contenu de la demande PPAP au fournisseur.
  • Réaliser des audits VDA 6.3 en phase de développement/projet et en pre-production.
  • Assurer le suivi de la validation de chaque composant jusqu'à signature du PSW.
  • Valider le PSW level 1 et 2.
  • Assurer la communication interne et externe sur l'avancement des activités.
  • Capitaliser l'expérience et partager les connaissances au sein de l'équipe.

Profil Le profil recherché par la société est le vôtre si : 
  • Vous possédez une formation initiale Bac +3 ou Bac +5 en qualité et/ou technologie/process industriel, avec 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en qualité ou méthodes/process dans l'industrie automobile.
