PeopleTools, PeopleSoft FSCM, Tuxedo, WebLogic Software Installation and troubleshooting PeopleSoft Application Server Configuration, Monitoring and Troubleshooting PeopleSoft Process Scheduler Configuration, Monitoring and Troubleshooting PeopleSoft Web Server Configuration, Monitoring and Troubleshooting PeopleSoft Integration Broker Configuration, Monitoring and Troubleshooting PeopleSoft Report posting Configuration, Monitoring and Troubleshooting PeopleSoft SSL implementation PeopleSoft Web profile, Nodes, report posting, Integration Domain Configuration, Monitoring and Troubleshooting Java, Tuxedo, WebLogic Configuration, Monitoring and Troubleshooting to maintain PeopleSoft Application Load Balancing, High Availability and Failover for Web, Application, and Process Scheduler layers F5 Load balancer provisioning/Troubleshooting for PeopleSoft Application PeopleSoft Software Deployment/patching using Deployment Package PeopleSoft maintenance automation using ACM PeopleSoft Security Administration for SOX compliance PeopleSoft Application monitoring for Errors, Warnings, and load analysis PeopleSoft Database Creation and Configuration PUM Image Installation using DPK Weekend Bounce, Maintenance and on-call Support for Production changes. Sanity testing of PeopleSoft Application components on regular basis. Perform Annual DR Tests. Month End Processing Hyper Care Support- tracking and reporting in doubt sessions, monitoring processing queues for long running requests, memory and space utilization. Creating Severity TARs/SR and conduct OWC sessions with Oracle support to resolve issues.

PeopleSoft Environment Refreshes & Data Management

PeopleSoft UAT/Test refresh from Prod. Data Model designing Data Archiving Data Masking Data Backup/Restore using Data mover

Applying Software patches

Applying Software PSU updates for WebLogic, Coherence, Java, Tuxedo and PeopleTools

Application Code Migrations

PeopleSoft Application Code Migrations from Development to Test, UAT and Production Instances using Application Designer/ Change Assistant Change Assistant Template Creation and Bundling SQL Query Tuning Invalid database object compilation after Code Migration

Performance Tuning

PeopleSoft Web Server, Application Server, Process Scheduler load monitoring PeopleSoft Application Performance Troubleshooting PeopleSoft Performance Monitoring and baselining

Security and Compliance

Track Security Certificate expirations and request new certificates for PeopleSoft Application environments. Installing and maintaining Digital certificate in People Tools. Configure/Troubleshoot PeopleSoft Integration Broker Keystore configuration Track and remediate Security Vulnerabilities , apply Critical Security Patch updates for PeopleSoft Applications Quarterly Password Changes for PeopleSoft SYSADM user and adhere to SOX policies. Generation of SOX Audit reports having all details of changes implemented on Prod Environments and sharing with Application Owners for required approvals. Work with external Audit team (currently D&T) and provide required PeopleSoft Application changes evidence for Audit related Queries.
