Title: Principal Engineer

CredAble is seeking an experienced Developer to play a vital role in developing cutting-edge technology innovations in the fintech industry. Join our elite team—comprising top talents in Product Management, UX, Cloud-native Engineering, DevSecOps, and ML-AI —as part of our Innovation program focused on revolutionising Working Capital for global markets.
The Innovation team thrives on speed, transforming initial concepts into market-ready products using design thinking, Lean UX methodologies, and a commitment to zero technical debt. You will work with a state-of-the-art technology stack encompassing cloud-native architecture, data science, and multi-cloud portable DevSecOps, setting new industry benchmarks.
Job Description:
Develop robust, scalable, and maintainable applications using Java, Spring, Hibernate/JPA, Angular, and Microservices architecture, emphasizing high performance and adaptability.
Drive agile product development and iterations to achieve product-market fit.
Maintain acute awareness of product performance and resolve production issues to ensure outstanding customer experience.
Assume ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment on production environments.
Advocate and enforce best design practices among team members.
Conduct research on emerging technologies and recommend their implementation in CredAble's products.
Collaborate closely with product management and business teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Integrate outputs from Senior Product Engineers, Product Engineers, and Associates at the module level.
Qualifications:
10+ years of proficiency in Java, Spring, Hibernate/JPA, Angular, and Microservices architecture.
Experience in agile product development methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Proven ability to lead and mentor team members.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field preferred.
