About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and build a world-class talent pipeline. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and strategic objectives.


  • Position - Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Location - New Delhi
  • CTC Budget - 20-25 LPA
  • Company - Bloom Hotels (60+ Operational Hotels in India)
  • Reporting to GM Human Resources


Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's business goals and growth plans for Pan India Hotels.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize innovative sourcing strategies, such as social media, job boards, and networking, to identify and attract top talent.
  • Candidate Screening and Interviewing: Conduct effective screening interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and assess cultural fit.
  • Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand to attract and engage top talent.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure efficient and effective recruitment processes.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse recruitment metrics to identify trends and optimize the recruitment process.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a start-up would be preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
