Senior Analyst – Data Analytics & Insights

We will count on you to:Develop a strong understanding of the insurance broking business, systems in force and practice(s) that you are responsible forComplete the tasks assigned with a high level of quality and within allocated timeCommunicate progress to supervisors and highlight any escalations, on a timely basisSupport supervisors(s) in knowledge codification and transfer through effective documentationShare best practice knowledge with team membersPartner with managers to improve efficiency and qualityFollow up with managers/brokers/ practice data experts in case of ambiguities / questions

. What you need to have:Btech Degree6 months to 1 year of relevant experienceExposure to advanced excel, power automate, power app.Attention to detail and holding yourself to high standards of accuracy and timelinessBasic Excel skills- proficient in entering data captured, linking cells, creating new tabs, tables, basic formula etc.Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

What makes you stand out?Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.Intermediate Excel skills- proficient in using Excel formulae, pivot tables, selecting and creating charts in Excel.
