Looking for US Payroll Domain with working experience US Payroll-SAP tool as a End User. (Should have knowledge with different Info types & transaction codes in SAP)

Role Definition3 to 6 years of experience in US Payroll- Pre & post payroll activities like-Weekly, Bi-weekly, Semi Monthly, Paycheck, Off Cycle, Overpayments, Deductions, Termination, Garnishment, 401K, Control reports etc.
Skills Required :Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
Roles and Responsibilities :Maintains quality service by enforcing quality standards, analyzing and resolving client's problems, and recommending system improvementsDefines objectives, identifies and evaluates trends and options, chooses a course of action, and evaluates outcomesDevelops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standardsAccomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job resultsAdhere compliance and generate control reportsGenerate statutory reporting per country requirementAudit Management - Active participation in internal/external auditsEscalation managementGenerating scheduled/ ad-hoc reports
Education & Skills-Bachelors DegreeMinimum 03 years of relevant work experienceGood written & verbal (English) communication skillsWorking knowledge of computer applications including Excel & WordKnowledge on US payroll and tax is mandate. Should be able to read and understand pays results and employee pay chequesShould have basic SAP knowledge (info types and tax panel)
