About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Human Resources Operations Representative
In this role, you will:
  • Support human resources operations; proactively seek ways to improve process by offering ideas
  • Perform a variety of moderately complex human resources tasks pertaining to company policies and procedures, benefits, payroll, training, time away or any other related inquiries in a service center or human resource department environment
  • Work within internal human resources information systems (HRIS; such as ServiceNow and Workday) to resolve broader issues or inquiries
  • Assist employees on human resources related issues providing moderately complex policy interpretation
  • Review employee files and furnish information to authorized persons
  • Collect data and prepare operational and personnel reports; coordinate projects as requested
  • Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Human Resources operations support experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Minimum Educational Qualification - B. Com & PG HR / MBA (HR) related discipline.
  • Working knowledge of some aspect of an HR function, and an understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Basic Microsoft Office Skills to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic reporting tool
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Ability to adhere to established attendance policies
  • Demonstrated ability to work with leaders and team members at all levels and across functional lines
  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong prioritization and follow-up skills
  • Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills; ability to identify, analyze and solve problems Demonstrates strong communication skills, consistently positive, friendly, articulate speaker who has interpersonal skills.

Job Expectations:
  • Review and respond to HR online requests
  • Perform quality review and validation of employee records
  • Utilize HR online tools to research employee information
  • Prepare and submit employee records for inclusion in the personnel file
  • Validate receipt of employee records in the online repository
  • Departmental report creation, analysis with compiling statics to identify trends.
  • Research and troubleshoot any type of issue related to the personnel file administration
  • Use HR online tools to redirect inquires to the appropriate team
  • Document and track quality feedback
  • Escalate requests to rescind employee records
  • Provide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel record policies and procedures requiring some policy interpretation
  • Collaborate with internal partners on employee records initiatives
  • Provides training to Associate Processors
