We are seeking a highly proficient Senior Accountant to oversee the accounting activities of our organization. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, maintaining accounting records, and managing accounts.

Responsibilities

Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principlesAssist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notesReconcile intercompany accounts and transactionsResearch and analyze expense variances for company managementOversee global accounts payable and accounts receivable functionsManage the month-end and year-end closing processesEnsure compliance and set standards for internal control proceduresPrepare monthly financial statements and management reportsAssist in annual budgets and forecastsAnalyze financial data and develop report to identify trends and provide insights into company performancePrepare intercompany reconciliations and coordinating with entities to resolve issues and discrepanciesParticipate in special projects as assigned

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceMinimum of 5 years of experience in a similar roleStrong knowledge of USA GAAPExperience with international accounting and foreign currency transactionsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software, particularly QuickBooks OnlineExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environmentTravel 10%
