1 Hair Stop is an e-commerce retailer specializing in high quality, long-lasting virgin hair extensions made from Indian hair sourced from temples. We offer a wide variety of textures, lengths, and types through our one-stop secure website to make your hair extension shopping experience seamless. With our own manufacturing units, we ensure only the best Indian hair is used to make women look and feel great.


This is a full-time on-site role for a Salon Manager at 1 Hair Stop in Indiranagar, Bengaluru . The Salon Manager will be responsible for overseeing cosmetology services, managing hair care procedures, ensuring excellent customer service, handling hiring processes, and maintaining communication with clients and staff.


Responsibilities


1. Salon Operations: Manage day-to-day salon operations, including scheduling appointments, managing staff, and overseeing salon maintenance and cleanliness.

2. Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that all customers receive high-quality service, addressing their needs and concerns promptly to guarantee a positive salon experience.

3. Staff Management: Lead and supervise salon staff, including hairstylists, colorists, and support staff, to create a positive and cohesive work environment.

4. Training and Development: Organize training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of salon staff, keeping them updated on the latest hair care trends and techniques.

5. Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations for salon staff, providing feedback, and implementing improvement plans when necessary.

6. Inventory Management: Manage salon inventory, including hair care products and salon equipment, to ensure adequate stock levels and minimal wastage.

7. Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions and events that drive footfall and boost salon revenue.

8. Financial Management: Prepare and manage salon budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures to achieve financial targets.

9. Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, within the salon premises.

10. Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and proactively seek feedback to improve salon services.


Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Salon Manager or a similar leadership role in a salon setting.

2. Strong knowledge of hair care products, styling techniques, and industry trends.

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with staff and customers effectively.

4. Leadership abilities to motivate and guide salon staff towards achieving performance goals.

5. Organizational and multitasking skills to manage salon operations efficiently.

6. Prior experience in salon staff recruitment, training, and performance management.

7. Flexibility to work full-time from our Jubilee Hills office in Hyderabad.

8. Proven track record of achieving salon revenue targets and customer satisfaction metrics.

9. A passion for the hair care and beauty industry, with a focus on delivering top-notch salon experiences.

10. Diploma or certification in cosmetology or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
