Bapagrama Bengaluru Karnataka, India greens unisex salon Full time

**Job Summary**: The Floor Manager will oversee the daily operations of Greens Salon, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of customer service, managing salon staff, and ensuring that all salon policies and procedures are followed. The Floor Manager will also work closely with the salon owner and other senior staff to drive business growth and enhance the overall client experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Staff Management**:

- Supervise and support salon staff, including hairstylists, receptionists, and junior staff.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage time-off requests to ensure adequate coverage.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive work environment and resolve any staff conflicts.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure exceptional client service by maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer care.
- Handle client complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily salon operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure that all salon equipment and products are well-maintained and stocked.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels and place orders as needed.
- **Sales and Marketing**:

- Drive sales through effective promotion of salon services and retail products.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Assist in organizing salon events and promotions.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into salon operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a managerial role within the beauty or salon industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to exceptional client service.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or diplomas in beauty or salon management are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a salon environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
