Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior SAP SD Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess 5-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module implementation, configuration, and support. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance and solutions to our clients, ensuring successful project delivery and maximizing their SAP SD investment. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business processes related to sales, distribution, and logistics. Responsibilities : Implementation & Configuration : - Lead and participate in full lifecycle SAP SD implementations, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live. - Configure and customize SAP SD modules to meet specific business requirements, including master data, sales order processing, delivery, billing, and pricing. - Design and implement solutions for complex sales scenarios, such as intercompany sales, third-party sales, and consignment processes. Business Process Analysis & Design : - Conduct detailed business process analysis to identify gaps and areas for improvement in sales and distribution processes. - Design and document business process flows and functional specifications. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications and configuration requirements. Support & Troubleshooting : - Provide expert level support for SAP SD modules, resolving incidents and problems in a timely manner. - Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues. - Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization. Documentation & Training : - Create and maintain detailed documentation, including configuration guides, functional specifications, and user manuals. - Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to end users. - Create and maintain detailed process flow diagrams. Enhancements & Upgrades : - Participate in SAP system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations. - Develop and implement solutions for new functionalities and features. Technical Skills : - SAP SD Configuration - Sales Order Processing (Standard, Rush, Cash Sales, Contracts, Scheduling Agreements) - Strong understanding of SAP SD integration with MM, FI, and LE modules. - Experience with IDocs and interfaces. - Experience with SAP testing tools and methodologies. - Ability to debug ABAP code (basic understanding). - SAP Solution Manager - Experience with S/4HANA SD is a significant plus. - Ability to read and understand ABAP Code. - Basic understanding of Fiori Applications related to SD. Qualifications : - 5-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD implementation, configuration, and support. - Strong understanding of business processes related to sales, distribution, and logistics. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - SAP certification in SD is highly desirable. - Experience in multiple full lifecycle SAP SD implementations. - Experience working in a consulting environment is a plus.
