We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and organized recruitment coordinator who can address our recruitment needs. For this role, we are seeking highly talented candidates who will help streamline our recruitment process and also be pivotal in creating strong relationships with prospective candidates.


This individual will be overseeing the recruitment process by coordinating with various departments. In this role, you will function as a bridge between various departments, foster collaboration and ensure a smooth communication channel between them. This position requires a critical eye for detail and the ability to strategize impactful recruitment initiatives.


Location: Bangalore, Mysore, Trivandrum, Kochi, Chennai, Hyderabad & Madurai


Responsibilities:

  • Screening applicants for basic qualifications, validating complete application materials, and following up with candidates as needed to confirm relevant qualifications.
  • Communicating with candidates, recruiters, and business stakeholders to schedule and confirm candidate interviews, which may include virtual interviews, panel, in-person.
  • Tracking scheduling activity and adhering to scheduling targets.
  • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders
  • Assisting recruiting team in capturing accurate recruiting data and sharing with business partners and recruiting team members.
  • Create and maintain a robust talent pool to meet future hiring needs using internal database.
  • Utilize social platforms (like LinkedIn) to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Maintain detailed records of candidates throughout the hiring process.


Skills Required:

  • 6 months – 3 years of experience in recruitment coordination or recruitment operations
  • Collaborative, smart, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to efficiently interact with managers, employees, and candidates.
  • Ability to effectively handle deadlines and tight schedules.
  • Possess a “can-do” attitude, active listening skills, and a creative and analytical mindset to overcome daily challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to ethical recruitment practices.
  • Experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically MS Word & Excel.
