Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle student inquiries via calls, walk-ins, and online platforms.
  • Counsel students and parents about courses (NEET | JEE | Foundation) offered by the academy.
  • Guide students in selecting the right program as per their career goals.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure maximum conversions into admissions.
  • Maintain student records and update daily reports of inquiries and admissions.
  • Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for smooth admission processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualification: Graduation (preferred in Education).
  • Strong communication and convincing skills (Fluent in Hindi & English).
  • Prior experience in counselling/admission/education sector will be an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer handling.
