Role Description

This is an entry-level, full-time & physical role for Junior Sales Associates, located at Naturo Industries Experience Center, Paharganj, New Delhi. We're looking for talented and ambitious individuals who are eager to learn and build a career in the
interior panels industry

. 

The salesmen will develop and work in
at least 1

sub-specialization:

  • Interior Design + Coordination
  • Accounting
  • Field Marketing (Pre-requires a 2-wheeler)
  • Digital Marketing
  • Contractor Coordination & end-to-end service management
  • Dispatch & Inventory management.

The salesmen will be tasked with both regular and value-adding activities, i.e., supporting sales, customer service, participating in relevant training sessions, and building a deep knowledge of interior surfaces, materials & their verticals. 

Qualifications & Qualities

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience & interest in Sales and Sales Management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Having completed a degree related to Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in any of above mentioned fields is a must.

Duration & Timings

This is a full-time role that requires completing
200 hours

. We operate
7 days a week from 11 am to 8 pm

. Overtime is rewarded, and undertime is penalized at INR 100 per hour. Handovers are mandatory for taking leave.

  • All employees receive a sales incentive of 1% on the selling price.
  • Starting Salary of INR 20K - 25K per month
    for completing hours

We are only considering candidates who can work on-site in
New Delhi

. All interviews will be conducted in person at the
Naturo Industries Experience Center, Paharganj
. 

Additional Programs

If you do not have a prior sales and panels industry background, you can still apply and get placed in our
2-month full-time

or
4-month part-time trainee program

with limited pay. This will help you get a specialized position after your internship and provide the opportunity to learn under industry experts in this field.
