Your Role

:

Business Analysts play a crucial role in our organization’s success by bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. Analysts are responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying process improvements, and recommending effective strategies to drive operational efficiency and growth. By collaborating with stakeholders across various departments, you will help shape our business initiatives and ensure they align with our overall goals and objectives.

Analysts have the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and subject matter experts. Leveraging analytical skills and business acumen to understand complex business processes they identify areas of improvement, and propose innovative actionable solutions.

Your Impact:

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across different departments. Develop data visualization and reporting using relevant tools (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions. Identify and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business initiatives. Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. Support project management activities, including project planning, resource allocation, and progress tracking. Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed business projects and initiatives. Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders, business users, and Data teams. Provide training and support to end-users on new processes, systems, and tools. Depending on the specialization area (e.g., marketing, product, sales, customer support), the Business Analyst may have additional specialist responsibilities related to their specific domain.

Your Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a high-paced B2B SaaS environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets. Proficiency in using business analysis tools and methodologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with project management principles, practices and tools including Jira, & Asana. Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce Einstein). Knowledge of SQL and database concepts is desirable.
