Role:Business IntelligenceAnalystOverview:TheBusiness Intelligence Analyst plays a pivotal role in designingimplementing andoptimizing solutions usingAtlassian and EasyBi for creating reports and dashboards.Thisrole requires a deep understanding ofAtlassian tools and Eazy Bi to deliverhighqualityLeadershipdashboards.
KeyResponsibilities: Develop and maintainEazyBi reports and dashboards that provideactionableinsights into key business metricsKPIs and trends. Extract analyze andinterpret data from Jira and other business systemstoidentify opportunities for processimprovements operational efficienciesandstrategicinitiatives. Collaborate with businessstakeholders to understand their datarequirementsand translate them intomeaningful analytics solutions. Providestrategic recommendations based on datadriven insights tosupportdecisionmaking processes acrossvarious business functions includingsalesmarketing finance andoperations. Optimize data queries ETLprocesses and data visualizations to improvedataaccuracy reliability andusability. Conduct regular data qualityassessments and ensure data integrity acrossallreporting and analyticsplatforms.
Experienceand Preferred Skills Thearchitect should possess a minimum 6 to 8 years of experience inthe industry. Minimum of 6 years ofexperience in Business Intelligence with a focus onEazyBIand Jira.Strong proficiency in EazyBI including report/dashboard developmentdatamodeling andscripting. Experience with Jiraadministration including custom field creationworkflowconfiguration and dataextraction. Proficient in SQL and datavisualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).Strong analytical problemsolving and strategic thinkingskills. Excellent communication andstakeholder management skills with the abilitytopresent complex data insights in a clearand concise manner. Ability to workeffectively both independently and collaboratively in afastpacedbusinessenvironment.
