With a focus on clean ingredients and sustainability, we aim to empower individuals to embrace a healthier lifestyle.Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead our branding and social media initiatives and elevate our brand to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in branding, social media management, and creating luxury wellness brands.Responsibilities:·

Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen brand identity and awareness.·

Lead the development of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.·

Manage all aspects of social media presence, including content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement.·

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for social media platforms, website, and other marketing materials.·

Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.·

Oversee the planning and execution of brand campaigns, promotions, and events.·

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.·

Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to amplify brand reach and visibility.·

Lead the rebranding efforts, if necessary, and ensure a smooth transition to the new brand identity.·

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in branding and social media marketing.Qualifications:·

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.·

Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.·

Proven track record of successfully managing and growing brands, including experience with luxury wellness brands.·

Strong understanding of branding principles and strategies, with the ability to translate brand vision into actionable plans.·

Expertise in social media management across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.·

Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives.·

Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.·

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.·

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.·
