Technical Engineer – Sales & Marketing

The role involves developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, building client relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should bring a strong technical background, proven sales skills, and the ability to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates.
  • Manage the sales pipeline – from lead generation to deal closure – with effective follow-ups.
  • Prepare proposals with accurate costing and ensure quality submissions for bids.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and digital content.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to evaluate performance and suggest improvements.
  • Present regular sales and marketing activity reports to senior management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to refine strategies.

Key Competencies

  • Experience in engineering or process industry sectors (preferred: pharma, thermal, water, process, automobile, oil & gas).
  • Ability to build customer trust, adapt to diverse cultures, and uphold business ethics.
  • Strong

    .
  • Analytical problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in
    English, Telugu, and Hindi
    is mandatory.
