A US/Canada based IT MNC is hiring for Net Suite Architect. Remote Opportunity Shift Timing: Ends around 12 AM. Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Net Suite Architect to lead the design, customization, and optimization of our Net Suite Saa S ERP platform . The role requires a deep understanding of Accounting, Finance, and Inventory modules , along with strong technical hands-on expertise in Suite Script, integrations, solution design, and system architecture . The Net Suite Architect will act as the technical and functional lead , partnering with business leaders to translate requirements into scalable ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Design · Lead the overall Net Suite solution architecture , ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business strategy. · Define best practices for system design, module configuration, and integrations across Accounting, Finance, and Inventory. · Stay current with Net Suite’s latest Saa S releases (2025.1 and beyond) and recommend adoption strategies for new features. Accounting & Finance Modules · Architect solutions for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Recognition (ARM), Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting . · Implement and optimize approval workflows, compliance controls (SOX, GAAP/IFRS), and automation for financial processes. · Design advanced dashboards, KPIs, and analytics for finance leadership. Inventory & Operations Modules · Architect and optimize Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, and Warehousing processes . · Design integrations with logistics, supply chain, and warehouse management systems (WMS/3 PL) . Technical Leadership · Oversee and review development work (Suite Script 2.0/2.1, Suite Flow, Suite Talk REST/SOAP, Suite Analytics, Suite QL). · Establish coding standards, deployment processes, and governance frameworks. · Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT leadership to align Net Suite with enterprise architecture. · Mentor and guide developers, administrators, and business analysts in solution design and best practices.
