This role ensures that all drawings meet company standards, are aligned with regulatory requirements, and support the timely and cost-effective delivery of development projects. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and develop architectural and structural drawings, shop drawings, and detailed working plans for real estate development projects.Translate design concepts into detailed technical drawings and coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project managers.Review and revise drawings based on feedback from design teams, site engineers, and relevant stakeholders.Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards.Maintain and manage project documentation, CAD files, and drawing registers.Coordinate with MEP, structural, and other disciplines to ensure design integration.Conduct site visits as needed to verify conditions and assist in resolving technical issues.Assist in developing construction documents, tender packages, and as-built drawings.Work closely with the team to ensure timely submission and approval of drawings by relevant authorities.
