Job description

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly motivated Outbound Sales Agent (UK PROCESS) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cold calling clients, lead generation, getting financial business documents, selling business loans & ensuring customer satisfaction. You will act as a bridge between the company and customers, providing exceptional service and support to build long-term loyalty and trust.

Customer Relationship Agent Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling clients & pitching business loans
  • Maintaining daily average call targets
  • Target based job need to ensure well versed with required targets
  • Keeping customers updated on the latest products to generate business
  • Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling
  • Work adherence to be followed

Customer Relationship Agent Requirements:

  • HSC or Batchelors Degree
  • A minimum of 2 years international calling experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a similar role in a related industry or calling industry
  • Knowledge of sales process best practices and strategies
  • Ability to handle difficult or upset customers in a professional manner
  • Familiarity with upselling and cross-selling

Work Timings; 1.00PM to 10.00PM

Monday to Friday(Sat & Sun Fixed off)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
