Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
- Design policies and processes to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs and activities.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and oversee the creation and delivery of development programs.
- Monitor career progression and succession planning.
Performance Management
- Drive the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers and employees.
- Establish KPIs and track individual and team performance.
Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee payroll and administer employee benefits programs.
- Benchmark compensation structures to ensure market competitiveness.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
- Develop policies on workplace safety, grievance redressal, and other HR regulations.
HR Technology & Analytics
- Implement and manage HRIS systems to streamline HR operations.
- Utilize data analytics for workforce planning and decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 5+ years in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
