Job Description Senior Payroll Associate/Payroll Manager Hyderabad WFO Fulltime US Shift - 7 PM- 4 AM IST Job Details: The Senior Payroll Associate/Payroll Manager will manage end-to-end payroll operations in a PEO model using ADP TotalSource. This role will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees, compliance/oversight with applicable regulations, and seamless coordination with ADP and our internal HR team. Key Responsibilities • Payroll Processing o Manage full-cycle payroll for employees under a PEO arrangement using ADP. o Enter employee data and validate deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings. o Calculate and process payments and/or withholdings from various compensation programs including Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) vesting’s, RSU dividends, Carry, and Deferred Compensation. Important: This will involve more complex work such as share conversions, detailed calculations, formulas, tracking, and reporting. • Data Management & Reporting o Maintain accurate employee payroll records in ADP. o Enter employee data in other systems such as Compose and SuccessFactors and maintain those systems of record. o Generate and create payroll reports for finance and HR as needed. o Support audits and compliance reviews. • Coordination & Communication o Act as the primary liaison between XTGlobal, ADP, and client HR Generalist. o Respond to employee payroll inquiries promptly and professionally. o Collaborate with HR on onboarding, terminations, and ongoing compensation changes. • Compliance & Best Practices o Provide scheduled and ad hoc data to auditors for SOX compliance o Stay current on payroll laws and PEO-specific requirements. o Implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy. ________________________________________ Requirements Qualifications: • Experience: o 5-8+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a PEO environment. o Experience in Public Company Financial/Legal Services firms is highly desired. o Hands-on experience with ADP TotalSource. • Skills: o Strong knowledge of US payroll regulations and multi-state compliance. o Expert in Excel and various payroll and tax calculation scenarios. o Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. o Ability to work independently and manage deadlines. • Education: o Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
