Analyzing RFQ's for technical feasibility and provide preliminary costing & drawings for approval.
Support manufacturing, QA & other functions by providing technical support in problem solving, new product development and product quality improvement.
Review designs of outsourced components, bearings and samples and approve supplier drawings to ensure design consistency of outsourced bearings/Components
Create working environment which is conducive for good team work and help individuals perform to the best of their capability by monitoring performance and providing training opportunities for direct reports to build and retain a capable & a motivated team
Key skills required for this position
Knowledge of Bearing manufacturing process, Measurement methods
Knowledge of Software’s Auto CAD, CREO(Pro-E), DOE, SPC, Bearing Application
Knowledge of TS16949 requirements, APQP, DFMEA, GD&D, Stack-Up, MS Office
