What you will do
The Manager for SAP Business AI Customer Services is a member of SAP's central AI Unit. In this role, you will collaborate with our customers to effectively implement SAP Business AI solutions, leveraging cutting-edge machine learning technology to enhance their business performance. Working closely with product management, marketing, and development teams, you will be instrumental in delivering high-value propositions that incorporate machine learning technology into our customers' day-to-day operations. Additionally, you will serve as a key representative for SAP Business AI at various internal and external events, showcasing the tangible benefits of our solutions. 
As a (Senior) Development Manager, you will guide and lead both customers and internal teams in the development of cutting-edge machine learning solutions. This role demands the adeptness to collaborate and communicate with a diverse, international team in an agile and effective manner. In addition to your expertise in both technical and managerial aspects, you should also possess a deep understanding of the sales cycle and be proactive in driving the success of your team.

As a Machine Learning thought leader, you are passionate about learning and stays updated with the latest developments in the field. As the leader, you will be responsible for driving successful projects in the realm of Machine Learning technology. 

What you will bring
* 15+ years relevant work experience
* Good Overview of Machine Learning Trends and Technology
* Proven Record of successful customer projects and interaction
* Ability to work with sales and accounts team on GTM strategy
* Experience in implementation of Machine Learning solutions and platforms 
* Knowledge and experience in Machine Learning Technologies such as Generative AI and Programming Frameworks, like TensorFlow or scikit 
* Programming Skills and Understanding, like ABAP, Java, Python, JavaScript, NodeJS, Jupyter Notebook, ABAP 
* Database Knowledge 
* Web and Cloud Computing Knowledge 
* SAP technology and SAP system integration technology is preferred
* Fluency in English (written and spoken language)
* Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Data Science
