Job Title: Senior Accountant cum Senior Export Manager
Location: Nashik City Center.
Job Type: Full-Time

We are a reputed agriculture goods export firm with a strong global presence. We pride ourselves on quality, professionalism, and teamwork. We are seeking a dynamic Senior Accountant cum Senior Export Manager to lead our finance and export operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead both the Accounting & Documentation teams.
  • Motivate the team, ensuring productivity and a positive work environment.
  • Oversee day-to-day accounts and export shipments.
  • Handle Tally, Excel, and advanced office tools with expertise.
  • Take timely shipment decisions and ensure smooth follow-ups.

Coordinate with CA for:

  • Monthly TDS & GST submissions
  • Quarterly & yearly audits
  • Balance sheet finalisation, tax audits & returns.

Coordinate with CS for Pvt. Ltd. company compliances.

  • Manage supplier and service provider payments.
  • Work with warehouse team for dispatches and logistics.
  • Ensure overall financial discipline and smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in accounting & export management.
  • Strong financial background with knowledge of TDS, GST, audits & compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally & advanced Excel.
  • Prior experience in export accounting & shipping documentation preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
