Role Summary:

We are seeking a versatile and innovative Content Writer/Content Strategist to craft engaging text content and video scripts, brainstorm ideas, and conduct in-depth research for multi-platform campaigns. The ideal candidate will deliver creative, informative, and platform-specific content while collaborating with cross-functional teams to amplify brand narratives across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation:
  • Develop high-quality text for blogs, social media posts, website copy, and email campaigns.
  • Write compelling video scripts tailored to various platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Idea Generation & Brainstorming:
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm fresh content ideas and campaign strategies.
  • Stay updated on trends to develop innovative and platform-appropriate concepts.
  • Topic Research:
  • Perform thorough research to ensure accuracy and relevance in all written materials.
  • Present insights and recommendations to enhance content impact and reach.
  • Platform-Specific Content Development:
  • Customize content formats for diverse platforms, considering unique audience preferences.
  • Ensure consistency with brand voice and tone guidelines.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work with graphic designers, video editors, and social media managers to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Coordinate with marketing and analytics teams to measure and refine content performance.
  • Editing & Refinement:
  • Proofread and edit content to ensure grammatical accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
  • Optimize content for SEO, readability, and audience engagement.

Requirements:

  • Education & Experience:
  • 1-2 years of content writing experience, including video scripting and multi-platform content.
  • Skills & Attributes:
  • Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing abilities.
  • Proficiency in SEO and familiarity with digital marketing trends.
  • Strong research skills and adaptability to different topics and industries.
  • Experience creating content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and blogs.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
  • Bonus Skills:
  • Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics tools. (Helps in cross-functional value)
  • Familiarity with performance analytics and using data to refine content strategies.
