**Salary**:35,000INR to 45,000INR

**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Write compelling video scripts tailored to various platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- **Idea Generation & Brainstorming**:

- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm fresh content ideas and campaign strategies.
- Stay updated on trends to develop innovative and platform-appropriate concepts.
- **Topic Research**:

- Perform thorough research to ensure accuracy and relevance in all written materials.
- Present insights and recommendations to enhance content impact and reach.
- **Platform-Specific Content Development**:

- Customize content formats for diverse platforms, considering unique audience preferences.
- Ensure consistency with brand voice and tone guidelines.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work with graphic designers, video editors, and social media managers to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing and analytics teams to measure and refine content performance.
- **Editing & Refinement**:

- Proofread and edit content to ensure grammatical accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
- Optimize content for SEO, readability, and audience engagement.

**Requirements**:

- **Education & Experience**:

- 1-2 years of content writing experience, including video scripting and multi-platform content.
- **Skills & Attributes**:

- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing abilities.
- Proficiency in SEO and familiarity with digital marketing trends.
- Strong research skills and adaptability to different topics and industries.
- Experience creating content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and blogs.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
- **Bonus Skills**:

- Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics tools. (Helps in cross-functional value)
- Familiarity with performance analytics and using data to refine content strategies.
