About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Quality Assurance Administrator.In this role, you will:

Support performance and overall effectiveness of team, as well as cross-group complex quality assurance and assess problems and issues to ensure activities follow the necessary internal and external regulatory and risk management practicesProvide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and toolsPerform or guide others on complex development of new concepts, techniques and standards that require planning, evaluation, and interpretationIndependently prioritize work and provide day-to-day-work leadership and mentorship to teamLead or contribute to reviews including analysis and trending of findings, proposed recommendations for change to impact future quality, test development and reporting on resultsProvide guidance and subject matter expertise to immediate team and functional areCoach lower level analysts on quality assurance, department operations, procedures and policiesRequired Qualifications:

6+ years of Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:

4+ years of Spreading or Covenant Monitoring experience to perform quality reviews for Spreads and Covenant complianceAct as a mentor for new team members in the processDaily metrics reporting, train new hires and be SME of the processAnalyze and present quality trendsStrong accountancy concepts to analyze and interpret financial informationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft applications.Good problem solving and analytical skills.Quick learner and ability to adapt to change.Demonstrate good team player qualities.Flexible to work different shifts as per the business requirement.Ability to set priorities, plan and organize key deliverables.Demonstrates/maintains professional conduct under all circumstancesAbility to effectively communicate well with business counterpartsJob Expectations:

Good knowledge of accounting and corporate financial accounting system.Good knowledge on GAAP Accounting / International Financial Reporting Standards.
