Ltd. is among India’s fastest-growing MEPF contracting companies—delivering excellence in Fire Safety, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing & Solar EPC projects across the nation.With 500 + projects , 523 + clients , and a clear mission to reach ₹100 Cr revenue , we’re building India’s most reliable and time-bound engineering brand.The OpportunityWe’re looking for a strategic Operations Head to lead our national project delivery across multiple verticals.Your mission: Ensure every project is completed on time, within budget, and with WOW quality.You’ll manage 50 + sites , multi-disciplinary teams , and implement process-driven systems (Zoho Projects / KPI Dashboards / RAG Reviews) to scale execution capacity 5×.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of Electrical, Fire, HVAC, Plumbing & Solar projects.Build and manage teams of vertical heads, site engineers, and supervisors.Implement critical path schedules, budget controls, and real-time reporting.Conduct weekly review meets with CMD and cross-functional teams.Drive cost optimization to maintain 25–30 % gross profit margins.Coordinate with Finance & Procurement for cash-flow and material alignment.Ensure quality, safety & client satisfaction standards are met at every site.You Should HaveB.Tech / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).10–18 years of experience in MEPF / EPC / Infrastructure projects.Proven track record of managing 30 + sites and PAN-India operations.Strong knowledge of project planning, budget control, vendor sourcing, and manpower management.Experience with Zoho Projects, Primavera or MS Project preferred.Excellent leadership & communication skills with a process-driven mindset.What We Value“No Excuses – On-Time Delivery” attitude.Discipline, accountability & ownership.Passion for building India’s most trusted engineering brand.⚡ Why Join UsBe part of a ₹100 Cr growth journey under visionary leadership.Freedom to design and run national operations with clear KPIs.Tech-enabled culture with Zoho CRM + Project Dashboards + RAG reviews.Responsibilities(Be specific when describing each of the responsibilities.
