Job Tile – 3 D Artist / Designer Experience: (Min. 3-5 years) Department: Design Employment Type: Full time (On-Site) Location: Chennai Roles & Responsibilities: Create high-quality 3 D models, textures, lighting, and renders for products, environments, or characters based on project requirements. Collaborate with design, animation, and development teams to deliver visually compelling assets. Understand project goals, interpret briefs, and translate ideas into 3 D visuals or animations. Optimise 3 D assets for performance across various platforms (web, AR/VR, games, etc.). Stay updated on industry trends and tools to ensure cutting-edge visual output. Work on both still renders and animated sequences for presentations, videos, or interactive experiences. Participate in creative brainstorming and provide input during conceptualisation and ideation phases. Manage timelines and deliverables, ensuring output is on-brand and on-time. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree or diploma in 3 D Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred, not mandatory with strong portfolio). Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4 D , or ZBrush . Strong understanding of modelling, texturing, lighting, shading, rigging, and rendering techniques. Experience with Substance Painter , Photoshop , or other texture-mapping software. Familiarity with Unreal Engine , Unity , or Web GL tools is a plus. Basic knowledge of animation principles and camera setup. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3 D work.
