Job Title:Payroll Specialist (LATAM) Location:Bangalore Experience:3-4+ yearsJob Description: We are seeking aPayroll Specialist (LATAM)to independently manage payroll operations across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll processing, vendor coordination, and compliance, with strong communication and analytical skills.Key Responsibilities: Independently handleglobal payroll operations (LATAM)across multiple geographies. Prepare payroll inputs and maintainattendance and time tracking data . Coordinate with payroll vendors for timely and accurate payroll execution. Validate payroll outputs shared by vendors and ensure accuracy. Respond to employee queries related to payroll and statutory deductions. Liaise with internal and external auditors for payroll-related audits. Maintain compliance with local statutory regulations and labor laws. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams for smooth payroll delivery. Support process improvements and automation initiatives.Desired Candidate Profile: Strong understanding ofpayroll processes (LATAM)and statutory compliance. Experience invendor managementand payroll validations. Basic knowledge ofCompensation & Benefitsandaccounting principles . Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders. Strongproblem-solving and analyticalcapabilities. Experience in handlingemployee queriesand audit requirements.
