Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating visually stunning, functional and impactful email campaigns that resonate with our brand and target audience. As a key member of the CRM team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute email marketing design strategies that drive engagement, retention, and conversion.

Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing yet functional email templates that effectively communicate key messages and promotions and align with brand guidelines.
  • Optimize email designs for mobile responsiveness, dark mode, and deliverability across various email clients and devices.
  • Work closely with content marketing managers, the HTML team, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging and design across all email communications.
  • Understand and analyze email performance based on A/B testing to continuously improve email design and effectiveness.
  • Develop creative concepts for email campaigns. Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and strategies for email marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in email design and user experience to ensure our email campaigns remain innovative and effective.
  • Work with the team to devise SOPs to improve creative production and bring down the turnaround times.
  • Coordinate diligently with the team over productivity and project management tools.
  • Take ownership of projects, ensure completion as per documented timelines, and help secure approvals for deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication or an equivalent diploma/certificate course.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and email design best practices.
  • 3-4 years of creative experience within an agency or startup environment
  • Proven ability and experience in creating high-quality creatives with pixel sensitive attention to detail (portfolio mandatory).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms like SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp.
  • Proven experience as an Email Marketing Designer or a similar role.
  • Capability to produce dynamic and functional designs in accordance with UI/UX principles and enhance designs based on data gathered from latest experiments.
  • Proficient in English, with the ability to hold a conversation with professionals from all walks of life and varying nationalities.
  • Passionate about learning the latest in design through online courses and workshops.

Tools: Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Canva, Photoshop, SFMC

(Adobe xD, Figma is a plus)
