We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Technician to join our team. This role involves on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and test equipment at client sitesDiagnose and repair hardware/software issues in the fieldPerform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performanceDocument service activities and maintain accurate recordsTrain clients on equipment usage and basic troubleshootingCollaborate with internal teams to improve service deliveryEnsure compliance with safety and quality standardsQualificationsDiploma or degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field1 years of hands-on experience in field service or technical supportFamiliarity with diagnostic tools and softwareStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and travel as neededValid driver’s license of 2 – wheeler’s (if have good)Preferred SkillsExperience with (industry-specific equipment or systems)Customer service orientation and ability to manage client expectationsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefitsOpportunities for professional growth and certificationSupportive team environmentTravel allowances and field service perks
