Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Team Lead to spearhead revenue generation and lead a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs). The ideal candidate will possess strong solution-selling skills, deep industry insights, and the ability to manage high-performing teams. The initial months will require you to work as an individual contributor to understand our product, processes, and client landscape before transitioning into a full-time team leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales Leadership

  • Identify and acquire strategic enterprise accounts across industries by pitching CPaaS solutions (SMS, WhatsApp, IVR, RCS, Chatbots).
  • Take full ownership of territory-wise revenue targets and consistently drive sales growth.
  • Engage CXO-level stakeholders to build long-term business relationships.

Team Management & Coaching

  • Lead, guide, and mentor a team of BDEs to meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
  • Conduct daily huddles, performance reviews, and regular sales training sessions.
  • Provide hands-on support in closing large or strategic deals.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure disciplined tracking of leads, calls, demos, and conversions.
  • Monitor CRM usage and maintain accurate records of follow-ups and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and onboarding teams for smooth client acquisition and retention.

Client Success & Retention

  • Ensure seamless onboarding and active usage of the communication panel by clients.
  • Drive client satisfaction through regular engagement and service optimization.

  • Experience: 3–5 years in front-line software/SAAS sales, preferably in Telecom, SMS, or IT software solutions.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record in enterprise/solution selling with deep vertical exposure.
  • Tools: Proficient in CRM tools, pipeline management, and business communication.
  • Mindset: Hustler, goal-driven, coachable, and thrives in a high-performance environment.
  • Industry Edge: Advantageous if experienced in marketing automation, CPaaS, or predictive analytics platforms.
