Marketing:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the organization's services, products, or events.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO/SEM, email, content, ads).
  • Collaborate with the design/content team to create brochures, posters, videos, and other promotional material.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Organize events, workshops, and promotional activities to increase visibility.
  • Track and report campaign performance metrics (ROI, engagement, lead generation).

Public Relations (PR):

  • Draft press releases, media kits, and public statements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media houses, influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Handle PR crises and maintain a positive public image of the organization.
  • Coordinate press conferences, interviews, and media coverage for events.
  • Develop storytelling campaigns to highlight success stories, achievements, and initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, PR, or communications (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity with an eye for design and detail.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and PR techniques.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills.

Important:

This is a stipend-based opportunity with deferred payment after 6 months. All details, roles, expectations, and payout structures will be clearly documented in a legal agreement before onboarding.
