**Job Title**: PR & Marketing Assistant
**Location**: Delhi
**Experience**: 1-2 years in media, press, news, or related fields

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Support in PR and Media Relations**:

- Assist in drafting press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials.
- Maintain and update media lists, track media coverage, and handle follow-ups with journalists and media contacts.

**Marketing Campaign Assistance**:

- Support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media scheduling, and campaign tracking.
- Assist in creating promotional materials and presentations to enhance brand visibility.

**Event Coordination**:

- Help organize and coordinate PR events, press briefings, and industry conferences.
- Represent the company at industry events and assist in networking with key stakeholders both locally and internationally.

**Research and Reporting**:

- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to support PR and marketing strategies.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance, media coverage, and audience insights for internal review.

**Administrative and Logistical Support**:

- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for PR and marketing events.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing documentation, and maintaining CRM records.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in PR, media, news, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within India and internationally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and basic knowledge of digital marketing tools.
