Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Core Blockchain Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in building, deploying, and maintaining blockchain-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Rust, Golang, Solidity, and , with experience working on core blockchain infrastructure, smart contract development, and decentralized systems architecture.

This role offers the opportunity to work on scalable blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and infrastructure tools such as Geth and Docker, driving innovation at the intersection of blockchain and Web3 technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain core blockchain infrastructure and decentralized protocols.
  • Develop and deploy smart contracts using Solidity, ensuring security, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Build and manage tools around Ethereum and other networks, including Geth (Go Ethereum).
  • Develop high-performance, secure blockchain components using Rust and Golang.
  • Design and implement backend APIs and services using
  • Manage and deploy containerized blockchain applications using Docker.
  • Collaborate with product, DevOps, and engineering teams to define architecture and system integrations.
  • Conduct code reviews, testing, and performance tuning for blockchain components.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and contribute innovative ideas for product and protocol improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in blockchain development.
  • Strong programming skills in Rust, Golang, and
  • Proficiency in Solidity with hands-on experience in smart contract development and audits.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ethereum architecture and experience with Geth.
  • Experience with Docker for containerization, deployment, and environment management.
  • Solid understanding of consensus algorithms, cryptography, and blockchain networking.
  • Exposure to blockchain security best practices and performance optimization techniques.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and team collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and distributed systems is a plus.
