Role Overview
As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Cosmofeed, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing high-performing digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms. Your focus will be on maximizing ROI, improving key metrics, and contributing to Cosmofeed’s overall growth strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals and deliver data-driven marketing strategies.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Campaign Development & Management
- Design, implement, and manage online advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Create retargeting, re-engagement, and re-marketing campaigns to drive conversions and growth.
Collaboration & Strategy Alignment
- Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to define objectives, allocate budgets, and set timelines for campaigns.
- Ensure alignment of performance marketing efforts with the overall business strategy and company goals.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Develop actionable insights to continuously optimize campaigns and maximize returns.
Budget Management & Optimisation
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and stay within limits.
- Use data-driven insights to adjust budgets and optimize campaign performance.
Trend Analysis & Continuous Learning
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Experiment with emerging technologies and strategies to improve campaign outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or a similar role.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex data and extracting actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication skills to present strategies and performance reports clearly.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
